Dear Pro Wrestling NEO roster, readers, and prospective members,

I, Von, have a standard to uphold as the administrator of the federation. If I’m to break these rules, then I am another part of the proverbial problem in e-fedding. There are too many admins who abuse their power, promote those that are close to them in a form of nepotism, and do not react to the criticisms they meet. This has led to an environment that does not facilitate the prior desires of handlers. Since Pro Wrestling NEO is a hybrid federation, I understand the trust that roster members have put in me for their characters. As such, I have organized a core set of rules to adhere to.

• I will be the fairest person I can be. I will give everyone a fair chance and an opportunity to succeed in my federation
• I will book each character with sincerity and care. Reading segments, paying attention to Twitter interactions, understanding character development pieces, and generally finding out as much information about a respective character are some, but not all, of the responsibilities that I have as a fedhead, and I shall follow them earnestly.
• I will not engage in nepotism that I have seen run rampant in e-fedding.
• I will listen to criticism with an open mind and try to apply them as best as I can in the future.
• I will try my hardest to be punctual unless something comes up. If something does, I will alert my federation as fast as possible.
• I will not hide anything from my federation unless particularly asked to. For example, if a member asks me something that requires secrecy, then I will abide by their wish.
• I will stand for my members and play a role in handling any disputes as the administrator of Pro Wrestling NEO.

These and many more responsibilities I will follow as your leader.
