WRESTLING INFORMATION
WRESTLING STYLE: High-flier with an emphasis on what moves will hit the hardest over what will look the most beautiful; minor in hard hitting strikes, especially kick action. Comparable to an early Kofi Kingston slapped on with Dakota Kai in terms of kick-oriented with simpler but more impactful aerial attacks.
MATCH TACTICS: General tactics Sparrow's usual focus is to begin to wear down his opponents with a combination of kicks and flight, all depending on what sort of style his opponents bring to the table. In the event of a fellow cruiserweight: he can't really stop himself but try to match them move for move but owing to one of his bigger weaknesses, when they do something VERY impressive? He sort of bows out, realizing he may not have the stuff to beat them. Powerhouses and hosses? Stick and move, stick and move, stick and move. As many head and leg kicks as it will take to get them down. Technicians? Keep as far out of their grip as possible, away from the ground and his legs out of their fingers.
CHARACTER PERSONALITY: Mediator personality per the Myers-Briggs Test; INFP-type. Lead by honor, morality, virtue, etc. An idealist and entirely open minded, but impractical and taking things too personally. Can be too idealistic compared to level of dedication given and how things turn when that goes awry.
CHARACTER ANALYSIS: A goody-goody through and through with that silly concept of what is 'just' and what is 'right' not yet having been beaten out of him yet. Of course there will come the time and day as you'd expect but one gets the feeling it may not last long. He's a very well read person, likely found in the back reading at any point in time (often reads 'Things Fall Apart' Chinua Achebe repeatedly or 'Invisible Man' by Ralph Ellison. In another lifetime he might have been an excellent motivational speaker.
GIMMICK DESCRIPTION: High-flying Caribbean Fighter (Again, the lovechild of early Kofi Kingston and Dakota Kai; also takes some positive personality cues by way of John "Bushmaster" McIver from Luke Cage Season 2 in the sense of affable but culturally posturing a bit.)

”I hear he had cancer, I hear he had yellow fever, somethin’ in he bladder, and a double dose of leukemia. Two gossip mongers gossipin’, I stand up in the corner listenin’, before I could ask who dey talkin’ bout, a newspaper boy started to shout!”
The arena begins to get lively with a loud, classic soca song as a blonde in a tight red dress slowly waltzes out at the top of the entrance ramp. She looks like she’s waiting on her client, sighing lightly and looking at her cell phone as if timing him. Slowly from the curtain emerges Mighty Sparrow, garbed in his wrestling gear, with his old mask loosely adorned on his head. He extends both arms out as he slowly creeps besides his manager before taking a single knee. She snorts and shakes her head before pulling his mask off to reveal him as “Sparrow Dead” continues playing throughout the arena.
”Who kill de sparrow, nobody know! (SPARROW DEAD!) If you see this woman! (SPARROW DEAD!) Wit a flag in she hand! (SPARROW DEAD!) She bang she belly, tellin’ everybody SPARROW DEAD!”
The crowd gives the Trinidadian native a welcome cheer as he begins a light step and walk towards the ring with his manager, talking rather animatedly while she tries to get him to chill for five seconds. Once they approach ringside they begin to talk last minute strategies and ideas. They seem to come to an agreement before Lexi tells Sparrow to ‘go get ‘em!’. He leaps onto the apron before jumping again over it, into a roll. He lands on in a crouched position as he’s announced for arrival.
