WRESTLING INFORMATION
WRESTLING STYLE: Ruíz is sort of a hybrid wrestler. Heavily influenced by hardcore wrestling from the 90’s he mixes a lot of smashmouth wrestling with bits of hardcore and lucha libre. MATCH TACTICS: Being a hybrid wrestler he doesn’t have a game plan; he can look erratic at times or goofy. Often he’ll just want to deliver a good show and at the end of the day that’s the only thing he wants from every match he’s in. CHARACTER PERSONALITY: In and out of the ring, around people, he’s sort of a goofball. He likes to have fun and make those around him have fun too. Yet, he appreciate solitude and the down moments where he does not have to show his feelings and what not. A realist to a fault, at times he could be seen as a fatalist or pessimist, he won’t hesitate to tell you the truth in your face even knowing it will hurt you. Hard nosed would be the best way to describe him. CHARACTER ANALYSIS: Inside the ring he will look to give the fans a good show. His mix of styles would always result in him mashing up fairly well with whatever opponent he has in front of him. Yet he’s not a true face, fans will like him because of his willingness to put his body on the line for the sake of the show and the fan’s entertainment; but he’s not afraid to cheat to win. GIMMICK DESCRIPTION: A stereotypical latino gang member; taking things from his upbringings in Puerto Rico and the latino community in New York, Ruíz managed to carve out a character that portrays that upbringing and mix in a bit of hip-hop/rap and guerrilla cultures.

ENTRANCE THEME: “Cerca de mi Neighborhood” by Tego Calderón
ANNOUNCER INTRODUCTION:ERIN LAMBERT: Introducing (insert here the order where he will enter), from Bayamón, Puerto Rico by way of Brooklyn… they call him the “Southside Bambino”… HEECTOR… RUUIIZ!
ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION: “Cerca de mi Neighborhood” by Tego Calderón blasts the sound system as behind the curtain Héctor Ruiz waits. The crowd is starting to get behind the beat of the song, just as a small spotlight hits the center of the curtain, that’s the cue Ruiz was waiting for, as he promptly gets out of the curtain and into the stage. He extends his arms, letting the crowd have a good visual of his t-shirt. He stands there with a slight smirk on his face, as he hits his chest on the spot his chest tattoo is located, with his right hand twice and screams “VAMOS!” before the announcer introduces him.
(Put here the announcer’s introduction)
Once the introduction is done, Ruiz continues his way down the ramp. Here and there he high fives a lucky fan or two, as he walks towards the ring. Once near the apron he looks to every side, feeding off the crowd, as he slides under the bottom rope and into the ring. He then sprints towards the farthest turnbuckle and jumps to the middle rope, while he keeps screaming at the crowd, mostly at himself, before hitting his chest once more and jumping back to the middle of the ring as he waits for the match to start.
CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION: Will add when needed.
