Okay, so first things first, thank you to everyone who worked hard on the show and the cycle leading up to it. You all have been huge in making this federation work and it makes me so proud to be your fedhead. Secondly, I need to apologize for my lateness. Circumstances out of my reach came up throughout this process alongside my struggle to get used to be a full-time fedhead. So your patience is also appreciated. Let's hope to make the path to the next PPV even better than this.

"Hoping to bring efedding a few good steps forward."
MVP OF THE NIGHTS: Without just going for the easy answers... There was an IC discussion a long while back about hosses, and what makes hosses and weight class and so on. Not to devalue or take away from either Nora or Blaise but when one thinks of hoss, I think of them irregardless. I feel like night two absolutely belongs to them (even under dubious circumstances but HEY, WRESTLING) in that they both signify real world changes to wrestling albeit at a more welcomed progressive route I think (I won't write dissertation on my bad wrestling takes, don't worry y'all) So yes. Nora and Blaise obviously for night two. For night one however? Oh hey Isaak! Oh hey Will! HAI MISS TOMPKINS! Not taking away from anyone else or going for the cop outs but it's absolutely welcome that the pillars of the company on the first big outing are good folks. Good people. It opens up for all crazy possibilities story-wise. BIGGEST SURPRISE: HENNY losing Heaven or Hell. That's... The very concept of the tournament immediately could make one assume that someone as a rookie or at the very cusp of their career lose something like this. A veteran, a worldbeater...? That feels like a long shot, a "this cannot actually be". Yet here we are. In a tournament where you DON'T want to reach one version of the finals, here falls one of the understood greats. Is he really straight up gone? Is there some sort of redemption arc? What happens here. BIGGEST UPSET: I mean... Maybe it goes in line with the HENNY loss? Though not to take away from Hagen but besides that I didn't necessarily feel there was any big upsets like, storyteller wise? Well, maybe because the goddamn Bateman has only been giving like. 37.333333334% percent of his talent in the ring perhaps. <____< EHEM. Right so maybe HENNY/Lecktor because otherwise I feel everything was written pretty on the balance of characterization? FAVORITE SPOT: Nariko attempting for the Double Rainbow on Kaiju and catching that literal business into what could best be described as an inverted Alabama Slam. Life comes at you fast. FAVORITE MATCH: Cassius v.s. Grace because bless what leads to the next night in terms of story telling. EVEN IF THESE WHITE FOLKS IS TRYING TO CHEAT CASSIUS OF WHAT SHOULD RIGHTFULLY BE HIS IN 2019 I'M JUST SAYING. Ehem. So yeah. Enjoyed that match.
Per usual, I’m not following the format but I’m offering up my feedback anyway.
These shows were exactly what I expected them to be. Solidly written, each match filled with the mind of storytelling that I want and is often missed in other feds. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of segments. I understand Von has a certain belief in regards to this, which is all wel, and good, but I feel that without some segments in the mix-RELEVANT segments, that is-things can blur together at times and create a certain fatigue going from action packed match to action packed match. While it didn’t hurt things too badly, I did have to re-read some parts several times just because I felt a little worn out going through the cards without a ‘break’ here and there. I’m not saying that we should be getting some filler, but even a video package of sorts would’ve been welcome.
That said, everything felt good about this show from a character standpoint. Everyone got shine, every match felt like it had serious implications and I’m quite pleased to see where we go from here.
Thanks to everyone in NEO, and our fearless leaders.
MVP OF THE NIGHTS: I'm biased af, but I gotta go with Tiffany Tompkins. BIGGEST SURPRISE: Considering that when the tournament was announced I picked him as one of the favorites to win it, I'd say that seeing HENNY losing the whole thing was quite the surprise BIGGEST UPSET: I don't know if I'd call it an upset but I really thought Bateman would have been the one walking out with the title FAVORITE SPOT: I have to go with Grace screwing over Manny and allowing Nora to win. That totally make sense considering Grace personality and her history with Nora. FAVORITE MATCH: All matches were well written, but the Championship Scramble stood out for me
