WRESTLING INFORMATION
WRESTLING STYLE: High Flying and Strikes. Lots of kicks. Think PAC, Seth Rollins, Aleister Black, Rob Van Dam even. Ember Moon and Dakota Kai would be good women’s wrestling comparisons. She flies a lot, but isn’t as flippy as a Ricochet, Rey Fenix or a Rey Mysterio. More precision strikes than showing off. MATCH TACTICS: She isn’t terrific at groundwork and will try to escape mat-based stuff as much as possible, preferring to keep the match at her pace and stay on her feet. She has a rep for her body being particularly sturdy in regards to avoiding injuries, so she will push it and take risks even when she maybe shouldn’t, and it has cost her matches in the past. She is generally very passionate and emotional in the ring, which can be a positive and negative depending on other factors. If her limbs get targeted and keeping up the pace becomes difficult, she will try to frustrate her opponent by being slippery and employing lots of counters until she gets an opening she can take advantage of. CHARACTER PERSONALITY: Cara has been through a lot in her career, but she is still generally very bubbly, very friendly and wants to have fun. She is bored by folks who take themselves too seriously as a general rule. That said, there is a sense of loneliness to her as she has outlasted a lot of her peer group as far as staying in the business. Her closest friends have mostly retired, been injured, or changed to the point she doesn’t even recognize them, This lonely veteran status definitely affects her psyche on the day-to-day. She has started taking students as well, but only a couple at a time in a sort of mentorship position, rather than opening a gym or school or anything. Trying to help along a new generation and get them to avoid the mistakes her and her friends made in their careers is becoming a new passion for her. CHARACTER ANALYSIS: Cara is a veteran who is trying to keep the fire/passion alive within herself, and for the most part is successful, even when shit gets dark. She’s been through a lot both in and out of the ring and has been a survivor regardless, even keeping the core of who she is intact when many of her peers have lost their way over the years. She is dangerous, but in a “Demons run when a good person goes to war...” kind of way. She will try to do the right thing, even if it’s not always the smart thing, and represents that overzealousness that good can sometimes have in the fight against evil. Sometimes that passion helps, other times it puts you in bad spots. GIMMICK DESCRIPTION: Colorful Hyperactive High Flier Type.. ENTRANCE INFORMATION
ENTRANCE THEME: “Crucible” by Sleigh Bells ANNOUNCER INTRODUCTION:ERIN LAMBERT: Hailing from Syracuse, New York, this is HURRICANE CARA STOOOONE!!! ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION: “Crucible” begins to play as the arena lights go dim and as the first vocal track hits the song in the form of a scream, out from the back comes Cara Stone, dressed in her ring gear and a sleeveless denim jacket. She turns around on the stage so her back faces the camera. Her long braids touch the shoulders of her jacket but don’t drop far enough to obscure the message on the back: “Heart Like a Hurricane”. Then she spins back before smiling at the camera. She practically starts skipping down the aisle, slapping hands with fans in attendance.
“Ripped up, shredded! Denied, in denial… Desperate moments collide And define you…”
Cara pauses halfway down the ramp to give a couple kids in the audience some of the colorful bracelets on her wrist. She winks and smiles before continuing towards the ring.
“And the heart of the hurricane in my head never tires But tomorrow, who knows? It might be a horror show.”
Stone slides into the ring before rolling over and popping to her feet with a kip up. She quickly runs and jumps up onto the second rope, gripping the top rope with both hands as she surveys the audience, again with a big smile on her face.
“Runnin' around, locked down for days But I'm better today, better today Lay down on the floor at the end of the road I'm better today, better today”
As the chorus of “Crucible” plays out, Stone drops to the mat and runs over to her corner before taking off her jacket and getting ready for her match.

She then turns to look over her shoulder before winking at the camera and spinning back around. She practically starts skipping down the aisle, slapping hands with fans in attendance with one hand while holding the championship belt with the other.

BIOGRAPHY
Cara got into wrestling as a teenager, mostly through her lifelong best friend Anders Stark. She started out as his valet before training and evolving into his tag team partner before long. The two lived in their van for years and ran the indie circuit like you do for several years before getting a big break in a company called SVW (Sex and Violence Wrestling). As a tag team, they on hearts and minds in SVW and became one of the most celebrated teams in the company and winning their tag team championship. At the same time, Cara was having a solid singles run in FFW (Femme Fatale Wrestling), competing in their Ultraviolence division and holding their championship for months. She was even a champion in both companies simultaneously for a time. Unfortunately, after a few years, the fun stopped for Cara.
Personal issues arose between Cara and her best friend that led to a VERY bitter and VERY public break-up of the tag team on SVW television. Her rivalry with Anders ended in a brutal, No DQ Loser Leaves the Company match and unfortunately, Cara was on the losing end. For the following year and a half, Cara did many of the things in wrestling that she hadn’t to that point. She did a tour in Japan and spent months competing in Mexico City under a mask and calling herself Black Tigress. She also stopped talking to many of her friends, wrestlers like Caroline Dallins and Eileen Amaro, for much of this time. It was a time of self-discovery. Of course, eventually, she came back.
After a long recovery from succumbing to his worst instincts, Anders Stark had finally become a champion the right way again, but was finding himself the target of some nasty gang tactics. Cara came back to help him out, and opted to forgive her former partner and attempt to rekindle their tag team and friendship. They did, and had a decent second run, though they never did managed to win the title a second time despite numerous major victories and matches in that timeframe. Eventually, the team split again on good terms to try focusing on singles careers. Cara found success in SVW’s Adrenaline division that focused on high fliers, becoming its champion for many months.
Unfortunately, some contract disputes with SVW over pay lead to Cara’s departure from the company a little more than two years ago. She spent some time in Europe before moving to Japan full-time and basing her career there. She found success and a fair bit of happiness in her independence in Japan, but recently, she has decided to move back to the U.S. and operate out of North America once again. She first signed on to work with Pro Wrestling RAIDEN before seeking out other American promotions for a fresh start of sorts. Pro Wrestling NEO came to her attention due to the recommendation of her peers and the buzz surrounding the company.
